1. Be Respectful
- Treat veterinarians, pet owners, and all users with respect.
- No abusive language, harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.
- Healthy discussions are encouraged, but negativity is not.
2. Genuine Purposes
- Use Pawstodian only for pet-related consultations and medical support.
- Do not misuse the platform for spam or unrelated services.
3. Accurate Information
- Provide correct details about your pet (age, symptoms, history).
- Doctors should provide professional and honest medical advice.
- Misleading or false information is strictly prohibited.
4. Medical Responsibility
- Pawstodian does not replace physical diagnosis when required.
- Follow up with in-person visits if advised by a veterinarian.
- Emergency cases should be handled responsibly and promptly.
5. Privacy & Data
- Do not share personal contact details unnecessarily.
- Respect the privacy of medical records and shared info.
- Unauthorized sharing or misuse of data is not allowed.
6. Communication
- All consultations should happen within Pawstodian.
- Do not force users to move to WhatsApp or other platforms.
7. Content
Only upload relevant documents like prescriptions, reports, or pet images. No inappropriate content.
8. Fair Usage
Doctors: maintain professionalism, do not overcharge, and respect appointment timings.
9. Emergency
Use the emergency feature responsibly. Do not misuse it for non-urgent cases.
10. Violations & Actions
If any user violates these guidelines, Pawstodian may issue warnings, temporarily suspend the account, or permanently ban the user.
